Sprinting in a Wedding Gown…

Wedding dresses are not usually designed for moving at high speed, but Kaylie managed quite a sprint in hers when the rain started to come down as she and Sean finished their sunset photos! Luckily it had stayed away for the ceremony, and whilst it certainly poured down at the start of the reception, guests stayed dry under a tent on the Seven Stars deck. The rain cleared in time for dancing, and celebrations – including fun photos with sparklers – continued into the night… We loved the colours of flowers and bridesmaid dresses Kaylie chose, and the guys’ bowties looked fabulous! See what we mean here, with photos thanks to Andy from Brilliant Photography. Congratulations once again to the happy couple – and a personal thank you...

A Family Wedding…

Natacha and Cherud had a fabulous family shoot with Ileana of Attimi Photography the day before their wedding, so they were perfectly relaxed on the wedding day – as was their gorgeous daughter Natalie! Cherud had everyone in tears with his vows in the ceremony, after which close friends and family celebrated with a delicious dinner on the beach. Take a look here for photos from both days – you don’t want to miss Natalie’s smile!

A Disney Wedding in Turks & Caicos?

OK, so we’re not quite ready for a full blown Disneyland here in Turks & Caicos yet, but we had a special appearance from Ariel recently! Ronda and Josh had low key ceremony planned; just the two of them on the beach at Seven Stars saying their vows. At first they were not even planning to have a photographer but I’m so pleased they changed their minds so we have these stunning images to show you! And so much for it being a quiet ceremony; they’re such a fun couple that they made some friends while they were here, so they ended up with guests at their wedding after all… Sean from Kaieri Photography was enthusiastic about the idea of the couple getting in the water for some shots so they arranged a ‘Trash the Dress’ shoot for...

The “Shhh’” Cake

Nazeema was (naturally!) excited about her upcoming wedding and had lots of plans for little details to enhance the day for her guests. Both her husband to be and I were very impressed with her organisational skills – her neatly labelled files were a planner’s delight! The one thing that was a surprise to Daniel was the groom’s cake that Nazeema sneakily ordered; she wanted to wow him with a replica of his favourite cigars. The “Shhh” cake looked amazing and tasted just as good… Nazeema wanted the ceremony on the west deck at Seven Stars to avoid getting her fabulous dress sandy – although Ileana persuaded her to have a few photos on the beach afterwards. The guests had cocktails at the east deck while reception was set...
