NILA Destinations is the longest existing  Destination and Event Management Company, in the Turks & Caicos Islands. We offer a full range of services from transport, activities, themed events, dine-arounds to off site events in spectacular villas or unforgettable events on deserted islands. We create and offer programs, themes and activities that are innovative and unique to the islands. Our services combine personalized programs, high quality and perfect coordination.

Transportation
NILA Destinations assists you with a full range of transportation services. From comfortable air conditioned vans, SUV’s to fun jeeps or VIP limousines, NILA will be happy to handle all of your transportation needs! 

Transportation equipment includes 10-passenger, air-conditioned taxi vans (maximum capacity of is 10-persons), SUV’s (maximum capacity 6 persons) and Limousines (maximum capacity 6 persons)
Special VIP limousine service is available. Per person rates are based on exclusive-use transportation and include professional signage, managerial support and driver gratuity.

Transportation business in the Turks and Caicos Islands is restricted to licensed local taxi drivers, protected by the Government and no private vehicles are allowed for business related passenger pick up. The liability of transport lies with the taxi company. NILA Destination only uses designated vans and drivers with proof of insurance. Copies of insurances are available upon request.

Meet and Greet, Hospitality Desk and Onsite Services
Nila Destinations offers a complete range of meet and greet services for groups. Our professional staff will plan and manage your group’s airport arrivals and departures including arrival/departure manifest, baggage handling, ground transportation, and hotel welcome.  Additionally Nila Destinations can create departure notices upon request.

Nila’s meet & greet staff will be welcoming guests and escort them to their assigned transport. Assigned porters will assist guests with their baggage.  Nila  Destinations staff will assist in tagging the guests’ luggage for hotel transfers and carry their luggage to the transportation area.  If you send us your company’s logo we will include it on our welcome signs. NILA’s lead staff members oversee operations at arrival and pick up and ensure your program runs smoothly and efficiently. NILA personnel are equipped with cellular phones, professional signage and updated manifests.

Excursions and Activities
Provo offers a large variety of activities and excursions. Golf, fishing, sailing, snorkeling, kiting and diving are extremely popular among travelers visiting our islands. Whether you explore the island or spend a day on Provo's spectacular waters - it will be a memorable day.

Providenciales offers a wonderful variety of restaurants, from casual to elegant dining. Nila Destinations always looks for culinary variety to satisfy the most demanding guests, with a selection of fine restaurants in Providenciales, where they can enjoy delicious regional fare and international haute cuisine. Theme Dinners and Special Events
We are happy to create special themed events for your program only. Your group might the Turks & Caicos Islands Night a Junkanoo Parade or an Arabian Night at our famous Moroccan Restaurant.

Specially designed for groups, interactive games are a fun way to strengthen relationships between players, motivating team work and creating cohesion between participants. The group is divided into teams that have to work together to reach their common objective, using the skills and abilities of team members and where time and creativity are a major factor in their score.
