There MUST be fireworks!

I first met Stacey and Brian, and Stacey’s mom and dad, when they visited Provo to check out options for their wedding. They were excited, friendly and fun – just how we like ‘em! Stacey had some great ideas for the big day, but one thing she really wanted was her ‘very own’ fireworks, so we knew we had to make that happen!

The day dawned and despite a short power outage that had us a bit nervous, Stacey took it all in her stride and was relaxed and happy. I was really looking forward to seeing her in her dress as she had told me all about it and warned me it wasn’t a beach wedding style, it was big and ‘pouffey’ and had lots of layers – it really made her feel like a bride! I loved the way it looked – and the flower girls won everyone’s hearts in their coordinating dresses.

The wedding ceremony was on the beach at the Somerset, with cocktails on the lawn next to the beach and then onto the reception at the croquet lawn by the Pavilion restaurant. After gorgeous food and lots of dancing we invited everyone back to the beach for a surprise – fun with sparklers followed by Stacey’s fireworks!

Thanks to David at Brilliant Studios for the fab photos of the celebrations – take a look here to see them!
