We just wanted to say "Thank
You" for all the work you've done. Estelle and Rachel were
absolutely wonderful and worked flawlessly!! They were spot on,
all the time never overbearing and on top of everything.
Everything flowed so smoothly and went just as we had planned,
thanks to all of your tireless efforts. We had such a great
time and can't wait to get back again. Tropical Imaging sent us
the link today for the pictures and the blog, which by the way
came out perfect!!!!! I didn't expect anything less after
working with them last April. Chris and Kellie are such
professional, accomplished and phenomenal photographers. Karen
and Paul at Coyaba were exceptional hosts, with nothing but
raves and compliments re: the service and food. Karen was always
nearby overseeing the service and accommodating our requests.
She was a lifesaver allowing us to put the two chairs together
to allow our nieces a place to rest (and their parents an
opportunity to share more of our night!!) I've even heard from
people who weren't able to attend the wedding, how great the
food was (how quickly word travels). William John was a great
DJ, getting everyone up and dancing. The taxi service was
wonderful also, allowing those to leave early as needed. A huge
"Thanks" to Pastor Colby, for performing such a beautiful
ceremony. I can't thank everyone enough for their parts in our
incredible day. Especially you Rosalind, the unsung hero,
putting in so much time and effort in the planning. We went
back to the OCW after the reception and floated in the pool for
quite a while, enjoying the company of many of our wedding
guests. I'd also like to thank whomever sent us the shooting
star we saw that night, it just topped the evening. I know it's
a magical place to get married but that was going too far for us
Rosalind (JUST KIDDING!!!!!) The shooting star was unbelievable
though! Looking forward to a long, happy, healthy life with
each other, after such a wonderful start.

Rosalind and Elizabeth helped us through every step of the way – from the tiny planning details that started 1 year ago through e-mail to the moment we left the reception as a married couple. Pastor Coleby, who married us, was wonderful… he helped make the ceremony amazing. The cocktail hour and reception was held at Anacaona Restaurant at Grace Bay Club, which was absolutely perfect! Thanks to Anacaona’s manager, Kali! We had it all – outdoor lounge with couches, tiki torches, overlooking the beach… elegant dinner (bravo to the chef!) under a thatched roof… candles… and dancing into the night with the tropical sounds of an incredible reggae band. At the end of the night, our wedding ceremony photos were already in our hands – and they were superb! Pennylaine did a beautiful job – we hardly knew he was taking pictures – but he captured every little detail of the ceremony. Its so hard when planning a destination wedding, not knowing who to choose for vendors, but you made it very easy. We had the best vacation in Turks and Caicos and loved where we stayed. We have been recommending this island to everyone since we have gotten back. Although we like how it is not so popular, and more secluded than the other islands we have been too. It was truly the best vacation and wedding our friends and family have been to as well. you for our special weekend in Provo. We had an incredible time, and
all of our 58 guests absolutely loved Provo!
Everyone had a blast at
Hemingway's Restaurant for our rehearsal dinner. It was a nice casual
way to start the weekend. Our reception at Anacaona was wonderful. The
food was excellent and the staff was very accommodating and friendly.
But our favorite part was definitely the sunset cruise. The scenery was
incredible, and it was so romantic -- such a great way to finish off our
special weekend. None of our guests wanted to get off that boat. We
would do it all over again! Provo is a very special place to us and
such a magical place to start our married lives together.
The flowers, music and
decorations all looked fantastic. Thank you for your hard work and your
recommendations. We wouldn't have changed a thing.

we’d like to acknowledge Beatrix Neuhaus with NILA. She arranged and coordinated most of the vendors we used
(florist, cake maker, DJ, limo, etc.), and helped with the rehearsal
dinner arrangements and decoration at the reception.
She also helped arrange for our car rental for the week, and
activities for our guests during the week (fishing, scuba diving,
massage). She also set up a
wedding web page for our guests to refer to.
She was very responsive and accessible throughout the entire
process. There were so many
e-mails exchanged in the 6 months leading up to the wedding – it’s a
wonder she was able to stay on top of everything!
She was so very helpful and we would recommend her highly to anyone
planning a wedding in Turks and Caicos! The
DJ, David, was very helpful. He
provided the equipment we needed to have 2 of our friends perform during
the wedding (microphone, CD player, hookups for keyboard and guitar as
well as amplifier). We
provided him with the music we wanted played (on CDs) and he was able to
blend them in together. He
was very good at mixing up the music and got all of the guests out on the
dance floor. Words
cannot express how pleased we were with the services of Karen Foster and
Paul Newman over at Coyaba Restaurant.
They did an amazing job and were so incredibly easy to work with.
The food and service was absolutely top notch – in our opinion,
it was the best food we’ve ever had at a wedding, and some of the best
food we’ve had at a restaurant in general!
The food was very fresh and the presentation was stunning!
They offered a full menu from which we could choose (a choice among
3 appetizers and 4 main courses), and accommodated our request for a
cheese and fruit table to go along with the wedding cake that we provided.
We were able to offer our guests an extensive selection of drinks
– wine, champagne, beer, standard mixed drinks as well as their
signature specialty blended drinks! They
also coordinated the cocktail hour at Ripples by the Sea, preceding the

We
had a wonderful time in Turks and Caicos.
It is really a water island -- so if you are into sitting on the
beach, scuba diving, snorkeling, etc.
It is perfect. Beatrix
made our wedding the success and occasion that it was.
She is very attentive to details and responsive to what you are
looking for. I was also
trying to work with the wedding coordinator at our resort, the Allegro,
and got very frustrated b/c of their lack of responsiveness.
For that very reason, I insisted on working with Beatrix.
In addition, Beatrix is very sweet and smart.
I felt like she understood what I wanted to do and how this was the
biggest day of my life. She
offered great suggestions - like decorating the gazebo we got married in
and even had thoughts on how to decorate it.
It did look great, as I think you can see from the pictures. I
think the important thing to remember is that you are in the islands and
they don't have access to everything we have in the states and such.
For this very reason I enjoyed it b/c it made decision making much
easier. Three choices of
musicians -- keyboardist, guitarist or steel drum.
Highly recommend the steel drums & bongos.
It gives a true island feel and is so fun.
Another thing was flowers and what was available down there.
I just used the island flowers of daisies and bourganvilleas (which
are beautiful) and then had them get white roses shipped in.
Not too complicated and very much doable, plus I provided a picture
of the bouquet that I liked for me. I
felt that any decisions I made with Beatrix I could trust her judgement
and know they were going to get done correctly.
I also think she is extremely well priced for her services.
Plus, she has great contacts on the islands that help in getting
things done right. I
highly recommend using Beatrix and NILA Destinations. Please
